IP tracking on apache web server


I have a apache webserver running on a RedHat Linux 8.0. I would like to know, how to track or record those external/internal ip address visiting my web site?

Hope my query is clear.

It does this automatically, here is an example of my /var/log/apache2/access.log:
88.110.19.221 - - [29/Aug/2005:19:47:18 +0100] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 3266 "-" "-"
88.110.230.169 - - [29/Aug/2005:20:31:11 +0100] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 3266 "-" "-"
88.110.104.199 - - [29/Aug/2005:20:35:35 +0100] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 3266 "-" "-"
If that is what you mean.
