IP forwarding

how do i do IP forwarding if i got 2 NIC on a redhat linux. eth0 ip is 192.168.100.3 and eth1 ip is 192.168.200.3 They are both internal network and i would like them to be able to see and ping each other from either network of 192.168.100.xxx or 192.168.200.xxx

#vi /etc/sysctl.conf

# Controls IP packet forwarding
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 0

make this to 1 and save and exit

#/sbin/sysctl -p

give the appropriate gateway address to the clients...
