internet speed.


mandrake 10.0+KDE

i am using mozilla firfox.

i am connected to internet by proxy server in my college.
there are 200 systems are connected to inetenet.
so the browsing speed is very low.
is there any way or command to increase the internet speed ?

pls guide me !!!or is there any package for that?

Quite simply, no.

Unless your college upgrades its internet. Or you want to try disabling some of the other systems
