internet sharing thorugh LANs

hi
iam quite new to linux, i want to know who to configure internet sharing using two lan cards

eth0 is external, connected to internet using ip 192.168.0.48/255.255.255.0
no gateway
no nothing
uses proxy as 192.168.0.2 on port 8080 (in internet explorers)
