Internet set up using SkyStar2 DVB card

I am using SUSE 9.2 Professional. I have a SkyStar2 DVB card with one way satellite internet service. The land line modem is the up link and the down link is through the satellite. I have a multi-boot system. The service is set up in Windows2000 since that is what the satellite internet service supports. How do I set up linux to ues this card for internet access?
