Internet Connectivity Via Another Computer

Greetings,

I have this issue I would like to resolve. I would like to connect my linux box to the internet via my xp box. Would any body know what would be the easiest way to do it (without switches/routers, just a crossover cable from the linux box to the xp box). Thanks in advance guys.

well that's a 95% windows problem. for the linux side, just set the windows box's internal IP address as the default gateway and off you go. i think windows ICS will sort most of the windows side out.

Yup, the ICS on windows worked fine. I connected the Linux box to the XP box via a cross cable and configured the Linux with the right number so it can connect via the XP box. Thanks.
