Your sister's PC connects to your PC.
Your PC connects to the internet.

If this is true and your sister's PC can ping 64.179.4.146,
then the DNS servers are not set.

Copy the contents of /etc/resolv.conf from your PC to your sister's PC.
There should be IP addresses in that file.

You can use the Network Configuration GUI on your sister's PC.
In the menu, click System Settings and click on Network. Go to the DNS tab.
