Internet conection sharing

I'm begining to became mad...

I've setup a router, and the masq is not working...

I've put 1 in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forwarding , and
ipchains -s0/0 -j MASQ and the sharring stil does not work...

what could be the cause?
