internet by iptables

Hello ! I wanna give internet directly to some other computers that are directly connected to the eth1 interface. Also I get the internet on interface eth0, by direct connection. How can i do it with iptables ? And also If i would like to limit the speed what should I use?. I heard about htb, but I got scared when I saw it.

take a look at a program called firestarter....good ip forwarding....very simple.
