Internet access Problems behind PIX

I am a little new to linux, and I am a bit confused. My office used to use a MS ISA server as our software firewall, which I have removed in the first step away from MS. When we had this as our firewall, all was good on my mandrake 9,1 box. I took out the ISA and threw in a Cisco 1700 router in front of a PIX 501 Firewall. I can no longer get the internet on my linux machine.

More Details:

Router IP:-

All configured via DHCP. Mandrake Box gets IP OK, and can even browse the LAN with no problems. I can ping the router, but not the firewall. If I try to Ping, it resolves the name, but cannot get to the IP.

/sbin/route outputs:

/etc/hosts: localhost

The firewall on the Linux Machine is completely disabled.

Is there anything else I can do? Like I said, I am new to this, and any help you can give would be appreciated.
