Installing RHEL5 using NFS image

Whenever i am installing rhel5 using nfs image network driver not loaded.
some network driver can accepted like rtl8139 but my network card is rtl8169 so please give me solution where i can put that driver in nfs image.

create an initrd image with the driver in it.
