installing NIST-DYMO under Fedora 9

Hello,
I am new to this forum. I am running Fedora9 on a Dell Latitude D620. I am trying to install NIST-DYMO (the ad-hoc routing protocol) and am getting the following errors:

nist-dymo/dymo.c:167: error: ‘NF_IP_PRE_ROUTING’ undeclared (first use in this function)

nist-dymo/dymo.c:174: error: ‘NF_IP_LOCAL_OUT’ undeclared (first use in this function)

Netfilter is installed, and I also have the kernel header files installed.

Can anyone help please?

Would you by any chance also need to have iptables-devel installed?
