index pages in apache?? redhat 9...

I am trying to figure out how to configure my little local home server that I built to be a file server..and a testing spot for my website stuff before I really push my stuff up.... and I just want to know what I have to do to make it so when I go to a directory without an index.htm file will just give me a file listing..

sorry for the spell wont let me post url's yet here....

it shows the files in that directory like it is a directory....
what setting do I need to change or turn on to make my local redhat9 apache server do that???

oh yeah...forgot to mention..... I have installed webmin (because cpanel is too expensive for my free home personal server)

You need to add the "Indexes" value to the "Options" directive for that directory or one of it's parent directories in httpd.conf
