increasing TCP window size

Hi, I have a HSDPA pcmcia card which is working fine with the debian on my laptop. When i download any stuff from internet i usually get window size of upto 32K. I found on the net that that the receive window size of 64K gives best performance with 3.6Mb/s throughput speeds. I have 2.6.14.7 kernel.
Does anyone know how i could increase it to 64K?

Do i have to change any ppp settings which could increase this size?

Thanks in advance !

If tcp_moderate_rcvbuf is set then there's nothing to tweak IIGC, see http://www.psc.edu/networking/projects/tcptune/#Linux.
