in /etc/named.conf for DNS configuration?

hai friend

any body know abt those two lines in the file of

vim /etc/named.conf

statistics-file “/var/named/data/cache_dump.db”;

memstatistics-file “/var/named/data/named_mem_stats.txt”;

what is the use given two line ?

given two line file paths are not there in my system?

please give me the answer
