ICS with RedHat 7.2 problems

Hello, this is a great board.
I''m a Linux newbie and need a little help on internet connection sharing with RedHat 7.2.

I had everything set up correctly and was sharing my internet connection from my XP box to my Linux box(cable modem attached) with 2 nics.

Everything was going great until I rebooted the Linux box. Could no longer connect to the internet from my XP box. I still could connect to the internet with the Linux box though.

I can ping both ways fine and even ping my assigned ip from cable company with my XP box..
192.168.0.1(Linux)-->192.168.0.2(XP) ok
XP-->Linux ok
XP--> 24.49.xxx.xxx ok

So how come after rebooted Linux, XP can no longer connect to the internet?

Here is my ifconfig results:

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:A0:CC:74:4F:C0
inet addr:24.49.xxx.xxx Bcast:255.255.255.255 Mask:255.255.255.128

Which machine is acting as your gateway? If its the XP box what are your TCP/IP network settings? (ipconfig /all)

My Linux box is the gateway, the one my cable modem is attached.

Well my guess is (if it worked the first time you set it up but after you rebooted it stopped working) then more than likly one of your services was not started on the linux machine after the reboot.
