I need to be Secondary Name Server
 

My friend needs me to be his Secondary Name server and I'm bit confused.
Im running BIND on FC4. He said he wants to send me updates etc.

You need to configure a slave domain in your config. Your friend will also need to make sure he allows zone transfers from your IP. DNS is complicated so I'd suggest you havea good read through the BIND docs first. Slaving a domain isn't too hard though so it shouldn't be too bad.
