I need SAMBA step by step guid
 

Hi,
I'm so beginner linux user :newbie: . I have one linux machin (Fedora Core 4) and several Windows client (2K Pro & XP Pro). I want to have a PDC server in my network using Linux.
I have try to use it as PDC. I have configured it but I can not use it well.
For example when I create a user in SAMBA it did not create a user in passwd file. So I not able set new user access or gorups.
I need an step by step guide show me how setup a simple PDC server for my LAN.
I want to use same user name and password for all of my users on Linux or Windows stations.
