hi, i also need an excellent download manager for Linux for use with Flashgot, I looked at D4X but didn't like it much, I really want something like Free Download Manager for Windows which is very good, as is usual with Linux, I don't want a choice of 200, I just want one really good one, nice to use and gets the job done.
I've tried kget already as well as the Downloadthemall ext for Firefox which is inferior to Flashgot, so I'm sticking with Flashgot and am just gonna get a download manger for it.
Thanx a lot,Heema! I wanted a good download manager for RHEL 5 but was unsure whether I would get one without any dependency hassles....I guess I got it now.
DownLoad for X is now up and running on my system.
