I have a Igel that comes with kde and gnome. gnome can not view the network

I have a Igel that comes with kde and gnome. gnome can not view the network
I have a xp box and a Igel. Igel comes with kde and gnome. I can view the network with kde but not gnome. I can not use kde because - it just acts crazy on a igel!

DISTRIBUTION for a igel thin client like mine which got a via cpu and 32 GB EDO Ram.
i so often and do no more want to install debian, because i always stuck with booting because obiously
the igel thin client and it's compact flash card obivoulsy only boots with LILO
dolphin is the kde smb client. try googling smb client for linux.
