I forgot to key in IP Address while installing Linux
Hi,
I recently insatlled Red Hat Linux ES Workstation...While installed I had forgotten to type in my IP Address while installation..Someone tel me how do rectify this? Very New to Linux..But want to learn....
and see if any of those get you on the network. If not you can do it manually, but you will have to know the internal ip address of the router you are hooked to or of the isp's router if your connected directly. Then you would do this ( assuming the routers internal ip is 192.168.1.1 ) and your card was eth0
thanks for the info..but can u be bit more clear abt the syntax...its a dhcp server..how do i do it manually exactly..?appreciate it if u could tell...
