I cannot send any file

Unfortunately, I cannot send any file from my computer, except e-mails.
I cannot send a file using aMSN, neither using Mozzila nor an attached file on the e-mail.
What can I do?
I have CL10 and ADSL connection (Speedy + Terra).
Is it a firewall problem? How can I configure my firewall?

first of all, you could describe the problem a little clearer;
have you tried ftp'ing to some server where you should be able to post files? What are the error messages? How are you trying to send files with mozilla? What are the error messages? How is your email delivered? What client/webinterface and provider do you use? I have no knowledge of aMSN, so I can't ask probing questions there.

Also, be sure to read

hope you get it solved,
