I can't get a LAN working on Mandrake 10.1

I have it routed to a Belkin router, this computer is routed to the same router and works fine...

I run the set up util in mandrake and it finds the DNS address, and gives it an IP/Subnet by itself, but the internet doesn't work. Pinging 192.168.2.1 (the gateway) says that it is unconnectable, please help.

if you have the firewall running try turning it of and see if you can connect, if all works then you need to poke a few holes in your firewall try using guarddog I think it will work with Mandriva

Post the ouput from these commands:

ifconfig eth0
cat /etc/resolv.conf
route
