HTTPD server problems redhat 9 apache2

Hello,
I am currently trying to configure an apache web server with redhat 9
I can run apache on a Windows box and access my page with no problem, but cannot see my linux box web page from the internet. I am however able to access my linux and windown/apache server from my internal network.

I have DSL with a static ip address, and a linksys router and port forwarding turned on for both boxes.

If anyone can help me to get headed in the right direction your efforts would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Robert

First you need to establish if you can access the Apache server on the Linux box from outside of your network. Try telneting to port 80 (Or whatever you have Apache listening on) to your static IP. If you can't get through (But can on your local network) it's likely a firewall issue or NAT problem.
