httpd errors

Here's the error in my logs:

[Tue Jul 15 21:35:41 2003] [alert] (22002)Name or service not known:
mod_unique_id: unable to find IPv4 address of "okcomputer"
Configuration Failed!

I'm running RHL 9.0, Loopback is working, I can ping localhost, httpd
syntax is ok too. However, I cant telnet : error is "Connection
refused"

I need to modify firewall conf? Any pointers?

TIA,
vivek
