howto switch from 10mbps to 100mbps im sure someone can help.

Hi, im using SuSE 9.2 Professional.
I have a Realtek RT8139 Network card.
And I have 2 computers hooked up through a offline network connected through a 10/100 Mbps Netgear 10/100 EN104TP HUB.
I'm only getting Transfer speeds of 10mbps, and I'd like to know how I can switch this to 100mbps. The hub has one switch for setting it, normal and uplink. but doesn't make a difference, the second computer is running MAC os 9.2 and set to 100mbps

dmesg reports

eth0: link up, 10Mbps, half-duplex, lpa 0x0000

how do i switch it to 100mbps full-duplex?
