how to write this firewall rule ?

I want to use havp in transparent mode, and I googled some advices.
I must write a firewall rule like:
Code:
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -s 192.168.0.0/24 --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-port 8080
But I use pfctl in FreeBSD. how to write this?
