HOW TO USB Ethernet and Kaweth
 

Hello,

Well this is not a question but an answer. Last I had trouble running my Silicom USB ethernet card. I found on the internet that I should use the kaweth driver and that it was integrated in mandrake 9.2. wich is the version I have.

I couldn't get it to work when I used the mandrake control center. I could not setup my lan.

But then I simple used ifconfig command and after that I could set it up in my mandrake control center . Very strange but I'm happy that it works now
