how to specify what nic dhcp server should operate on?

hey guys.. I am running Debian 5 on a system with two nics. I want to run a dhcp server on eth0 to serve a test network, and then I also plan to use dhcp client on my other nic.

Right now I am trying to figure out what file contains the info for what eth device dhcpd will run on. I thought it was /etc/dhcpd.conf but I am having trouble finding reliable instructions.

Thanks

EDIT: I found it in /etc/default/dhcp3-server
