How to show the grafics of a program running in linux in other PC using X11?

I'm developing a system that has a program (system control daemon SCD) that runs in a Linux server (Debian based) and a group of clients that runs on Microsoft Windows. In certain moment of the process I need that the SCD activates other linux program (vncviewer) but the windows and control of this program be showed not in the linux box but in one of the Microsoft Windows client desktop as to this one could control vncviewer. I knows that X11 throught "X11 forwarding" can do this, but the information I've found is about login in to the linux box from the Microsoft Windows one (ssh, telnet) and controling from there which program run in the linux box. This is not what I want. I want that in the linux box my SCD can invoque a program but this one shows it's windows in the Microsoft Windows Box.

Consider using Oracle Java. (Not the MS "Java," which, IIRC, contained unauthorized, incompatible, "Java" extensions.)
