how to share internet with a cable modem?

I'm gonna get a cable connection with comcast this wednesday, my linux box was connected to the internet with an internal dialup modem before and it was forwarding the internet to 2 other machines.
I'm just wondering how to forward the internet from one of the network card of the linux box (tha twill have the cable modem pluged into) to the other network card that is connected to the reste of the lan.

any help appreciated
