How to share internet to winxp

So I have Suse 10.0 (eval) on this box and im trying to share internet to winpxp machine.
Linux machine has 2 ethernet cards (eth 0 and eth1) ADSL modem is connected to eth1 and winxp to eth 0.
How can I share the internet connection to winxp? (Winxp should have different internet IP address than linux)
If I set manually eth0 ip, then i get LAN work so I can ping the winxp comp, but cant share internet anyway, on dhcp internet may stop working on both machines and LAN stop working.

with this setup, you must (and should) use ipmasquerading to make your linux machine act as a firewall / gateway for your XP machine.

there are some copy-and-pasteable scripts you can borrow.

(also, if it doesn't mention in there... 2.4 and 2.6 work the same as far as iptables are concerned)
