How to setup WAMP to work over the internet?
There is a WAMP server (Win 7 pro 32bits) which needs to be accessed over the internet. Access to WAMP from another computer in the local network is ok. Access to Remote Desktop throught the internet also works. But access to WAMP over the internet does not work.
Would like to receive some instruction on how to proceed in order to enable access this web server from the internet.
Thanks in advance.

You need to forward on router port 80 to PC where is WAMP. Specify your router, network configuration (IPs, nat), etc. for more information. Also check your Windows firewall settings.

The router is an apple airport express first generation. Forwarding is already set to 10.0.1.2:80 tcp, udp is also needed? NAT is set to 10.0.1.2. The public IP is currently 187.106.148.254. Firewall is disabled.

I have noted that changing the port to 8888 enables access over the internet. But this led the necessity to type the port in the browser too, http://187.106.148.254:8888.
Any recommendation?
Thanks in advance.

If forwarding of tcp packets to 10.0.1.2:80 and NAT is set, it should work. What about firewall on the router? Maybe there is some service on the router running on port 80?

It was found that ISP was blocking port 80, configuring router to forward 8080 to 80 accomplish the needs for the moment.
Thank you all!

I sometimes doesn't understand ISPs philosophy, they think that blocking their customers will easly resolve all problems.
