How to Setup Two NIC Cards - FC4

Here is my network setup:

http://img501.imageshack.us/img501/6302/linuxdig5ec.jpg

I have a mashine with Fedora Core 4, which connects to the DSL through eth0 (static IP - 192.168.0.21) and connects to LAN (switch) through eth1 (static IP - 192.168.0.15). when connection for eth0 only activated, internet works fine on this mashine, after this connection for eth1 is activated but the client pcs (All have static IP - 192.168.0.x) are not able to ping this mashine.

afterwords, i deactivated the connections for eth0 and eth1

now when i activated connection for eth1 first and secondly eth0, the client pcs are able to ping both the IPs (i.e. 192.168.0.21 & 192.168.0.15), but the internet stops working on this mashine itself.

moreover, when i reboot the mashine, eth0 always activated first

would somebody help me get through this ?

Thanks & Regards
