how to setup folder permissions for guest user with samba?

i've got one shared drive with five folders in it. Everything is set to read/write for everyone; but i wanna limit those permissions for the guest (nobody/nobody) account, so that all folders are read only, except one folder that should stay read/write for that guest user.

Also every extra folder that a non-guest user makes should inherit the same permissions (read only for guest user)

i want to have all clients map one single network drive on their windowspc's, and determine the permission they have on the folders (except one folder that's always read/write for everyone) by what user they are loggin in.

can this be done?
