How to set a static IP and DNS server

I know that if I edit /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 and statically enter the ip, gateway, and mask it will work, but where would I enter the IP of the DNS Server? Thanks in advance.

You mean the DNS server of your ISP?
In /etc/resolv.conf
