Question How to sent magic packet to the neighbourhood





I need to know how to ping(sent magic packets) to MAC address (other machine IP/NIC) from TTY console
I need to wake other remote machine.

How do I do that?

((please dont offer me plug-in software))

Look for "ether-wake"?

And why on earth would we offer you plug-in's??? what would that even be??
