How to Route

Hello,

I am trying to get my wireless router Billion BIPAC 643 CE to work.

I have an ADSL connection to the net thru a USB modem (without an ethernet connection).
I have a Linux Gentoo box which I want to set as server, and a WinXP laptop which will connect to the router thru a wireless connection.

The problem is that the connection cannot be set the standard way because I cannot connect the modem directly to the router because it only has a USB connection. I need to connect the modem to the server computer, and connect the router thru LAN to the same computer, and somehow make it all work.

Can anyone direct me to some stuff to read, or help in any way?

Thank you!

Are you gonna use the routing functions of your wireless router, or are you just gonna set up your linux gateway as a router and let the LAN side of that be a part of the common wireless network?
