man iptables is your friend. The -F switch flushes the rules from a table's chains, the -X switch removes user created chains. For example:
Code:
iptables -F
iptables -t nat -F
iptables -X
iptables -t nat -X

Please read the man page or provide more information - those switches will remove the rules and chains. After that you can re-run your rules script. I'd also suggest setting the policies so that you're sure of whether you're allowing or denying by default.
