how to manage my bandwidth ?
hello everybody
i have a 2Mb cable connextion and many PCs which use it (with nat throught Iptables)
is there a way to divide my bandwidth in way to have the same debit for each client machine for exp 20Kb/s for each nachine and not more !

There's an *experimental* (last I knew..) traffic shaper module built into the kernel. Read the docs on it, it may be what you're looking for. /linux-kernel-src/Documentation . I think there's a networking directory it's under in there.

There is a GPL solution called bandwidth arbritrator. I have not used it, I have just heard about it: www.bandwidtharbitrator.com
