How to login from Linux to NT domain?

I am used to command-line linux but have not really tried GUI linux (KDE, Gnome, etc).

I have search the web and did not find any references or howto for connecting KDE to NT Domain (which is actually samba server acting like a NT domain).

I can ping and ssh from my Linux KDE workstation to my samba/NT server. Network connection is okay.

How can I login to the samba/NT server and use the share folders? Also how do I automatically mount the folders (something like login script in windows)
