Question how to load module to kernel

I installed lan card driver. But now I am getting kerner error while i reboot
/lib/modules/kernel/driver/net/net2k-pci.o etho insmod failed.

And when I checked /lib/modules/2.4.7-10

Build was blinking with red background.... what does this blink means?
How can I load the module to kernel....

Uhm, maybe you could give some more information about your setup. What's your card, your distribution, which driver did you (stock kernel or some external driver). What did you do exactly?

Right now your question is something like "it doesn't work, what should I do?"

That's hardly enough input for people being able to help you. When you aks questions, try give as detailed information about your problem as possible.

Driver is Realtek 8029.
I am using Redhat 7.2
I simply download the driver and tar -xvf driver.tar
And then I have to add module in kernel....
when i logged out i get error and that blinking with red bgcolor.
I just need to insmod module to kernel....
Please let me know. If you have any other driver than let me know.
Thanks
