How to install modem drivers?

I installed Mandrake 10 just a few days ago, and I have TW IA-300 ADSL modem. I downloaded the drivers,but am not able to install them, I tried the guide that came with them, but it didn't work at all. I have the drivers on a cd and also on my HD. How on earth do i install them?

Well, I figured out the command line, i think, so nevermind this. Now I just need to find drivers that are compatible with MDK 10
