How to install NE2000 (ISA CARD) network driver on red hat 9 ?

How can I install NE2000 (ISA CARD) network driver on red hat 9 ?

I think i already have the propriate driver9 (it's a c++ script) but how do i use this script and what is the command syntax required for the irq, IO, mem and dma ?

please help me out
