on CentOS 6.4 you do not install anything

6.4
6.5
6.6

are all unsupported and the software repos were moved to the historical archive "The Vault"

upgrade to CentOS 6.7
then do a yum search

but WHY do you need 4.1 when 4.4 is installed
What error is 4.4 giving you on this , i am guessing, rather OLD code you are trying to build.
