yes that was Ubuntu and nope there is no any firewall/ACL?

As you know the scenario i need to know that how i can access that UniFi controller that have install on Ubuntu VM so please tell me the method from start to end (becuz for testing purpose i have create new vm first i will complete my task on testing vm then i will perform on actual vm) that how i can acces that unifi controller from my laptop?
(note: unifi controller address is https://localhost:8443)

That URL you posted only works on the system itself. If you are going to access it from your laptop you are going to have t use the IP Address or a host name that resolves to n IP Address. That is how you access it.

Now i can access the Unifi Controller from my laptop. i just use docker container.

i need little more help could you explain what is docker and what are containers? How we can compare it with vms
