Arrow How to discover domain availability from linux?

Hello,

domain ukwec.com has now status PendingDelete at:
http://who.is/whois/ukwec.com
http://whois.domaintools.com/ukwec.com

But from linux im getting no records (like its available for registration:

Code:
nslookup -type=ns ukwec.com
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

** server can't find ukwec.com: NXDOMAIN
Code:
whois -f ukwec.com
[Querying whois.verisign-grs.com]
[Redirected to whois.hosting.kr]
[Querying whois.hosting.kr]
[whois.hosting.kr]
No match ukwec.com
Please which linux commands i can do which tell me the domain is available for registration? (or tell me actual state "pending delete") Thank you

The whois command I am using, doesn't have a -f option and in fact produces the usage information when I try to use -f
however if I just do this:

Code:
whois ukwec.com
I get this:

Code:
   Domain Name: UKWEC.COM
   Registrar: MEGAZONE CORP. DBA HOSTING.KR
   Whois Server: whois.hosting.kr
   Referral URL: http://www.hosting.kr
   Name Server: NS1.CAFE24.CO.KR
   Name Server: NS1.CAFE24.COM
   Name Server: NS2.CAFE24.CO.KR
   Name Server: NS2.CAFE24.COM
   Status: pendingDelete
   Updated Date: 02-jan-2014
   Creation Date: 21-oct-2012
   Expiration Date: 21-oct-2013
HTH.

whois ukwec.com
returns same result as
whois -f ukwec.com

in my case, datacenter told me they dont dont influence whois anyhow.

So why my whois are this and not working?

Try whois -n ukwec.com

The -n stops redirection of the lookup.
