Question how to disable proxy using squid???


hello,
i am using squid for proxy authntication.it is working.
i want to disable the proxy once user finished browsing through squid.if i provide some logout screen for user and when he clicks that disable the proxy.
is there any way ?
right now for my site i am using php script for simple user authentication.

Is it a transparent proxy?

Are you using iptables or ipchains to redirect port 80 to squid?
