How to control the bandwidth by clients' MAC address(in REdHat 7.2)?

Hi all,

I wanna do some simple control of connection bandwidth.
The gateway server is: RedHat 7.2+DHCP+Squid+Iptables. That means my clients in LAN go to internet through this gateway server. Now I need to do some controlling on their connection.
But I checked "TC" tool manual. I can't find anything related with MAC address. Because you know, I have to do that by MAC, since we are using DHCP server to distribute dynamic IP address.

Would you please give me some guide?
Thank you so much

Hi..

Configure Fixed IP for each machine(with Mac Addrress) IN dhcp.

Check iprotue2 documents for bandwidth control
