How to configure VPN server to play games that dont support connection via IP?

Here's question in Subject. I have VPN server installed and configured, users can join server but they still cant play such games where server and clients need to be in same lan segment to play. Battlefield 2, Flatout 2 for example.

? Battlefield 2 has got a dedicated server included.
So why don't you get a dyndns.org address?
then a dyndns updater installed on your host.
Start the battlefield server after you edit the config and
let the games begin?

Battlefield 3

I am using Super VPN Services to play this awesome game and everything works perfect. They have servers in Korea, Indonesia, Japan and many other countries.
Their SSL protocol has great encryption 2048 bits and uses UDP ports so it looks like any connection with https.

If you're using open vpn you need to make sure you bridge the connections. if you don't have a bridge it'll drop broadcast traffic. When I do a ssl bridge with openvpn I can see and use everything on my local LAN remotely.
